The first thing, we got to take a look at is that microwave functions, right a 1000 watt microwave,  and its huge capacity. There are a couple of things you’re gonna notice in here.

Number one, it does have a wire rack. Don’t put metal in the machine even though, it has a while wire rack in there that can be used. Through the microwave function, giving you the ability to microwave two things plates at the same time. Now, once again that wire racks not going to turn like the little rotating tray at the bottom, but it still will get the trick done especially if you want to microwave multiple things at one time. Once again, do not put metal in there.

I’m not gonna go into the details of why it works, just understand that you still can’t put metal in there and unless that other than that metal rack.

Okay, so that’s one of the things about this machine that I do really like is the fact that it has a very large capacity. Now, I want to talk to you a little bit about the actual convection cooking of the microwave. This is not a 220, it is only a 110, so what that means is you’re not gonna get an oven in itself, however, if you have french fries, toaster toasts, any of the smaller items that you would throw into a toaster oven, or oven, you can still bake roast, cook, steam.

Center all these convection ones here are going to work with that. So, what that do? There’s a heating element behind the fan on the inside, that moves hot air around, so you actually can have set the clock timer first, you can hit bake, and actually bake on the inside. So, if you need another oven, but you can’t have a double oven, or put a wall of an in, this is a great option, especially, for those that entertain on a regular basis, or have friends over, or open spaces.

When you’re doing a lasagna or something like that, but then you need to actually do something in your other oven, such as bring bread to temperature, or reheat pizza, and you don’t want to use a microwave. This is a great way to do that. Now, let’s talk a little bit about the KitchenAid styling. The new handle with the red tops on it, the red accents are by far some of the things, that just make this thing really pop. Now, something a lot of people don’t know is, you can replace those little red tabs with other colors.

Last Verdict

I and my wife love to act in our kitchen. So, that’s something that has intrigued us quite a bit. Now,  overall, there’s another thing about this, where they put the controls across the bottom. They don’t have a massive control panel that’s actually going to make it. So, you have this big section of your microwave.  It’s gonna sit in your kitchen, it’s gonna look really nice with the other appliances, and it’s not going to anything stand out about it.  So, overall 1000 watt cooking convection roast, convection bake, it does the trick and everything.
